1. General Provisions and Operator Deta

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the provider and the client for all global transactions.

  • These terms apply to all online bookings, consultations, individual sessions, and multi-session packages purchased globally through this website.

  • All multi-session packages are governed by a separate, individual contract signed prior to package commencement in English language

2. Description of Services

  • The provider offers international spiritual, energetic, and transformational services.

  • Services specifically include Evolutionary Light Frequency and ThetaHealing.

  • All sessions are conducted online via electronic communication channels (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) unless a physical location is explicitly agreed upon.

  • The client is solely responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for the session.

3. Single Sessions and Package Rules

  • Individual Sessions: Single consultations booked and paid for on a one-time basis.

  • Multi-Session Packages: Bundles of multiple sessions sold together at a specific rate.

  • Validity Period: All multi-session packages must be used within certain time from the date of purchase which is state in the contract. Unused sessions after this period automatically expire without financial compensation or refund.

  • Non-Transferability: Packages are personal to the client who purchased them. They cannot be transferred, shared, or gifted to another person unless written consent is given by the provider before booking.

  • Partial Refunds: If a client decides to discontinue a package before using all sessions, no refunds will be issued for the remaining balance.

4. Important Medical Disclaimer (Full Responsibility)

  • Not Medical Care: The client explicitly acknowledges that Evolutionary Light Frequency and ThetaHealing are alternative energetic modalities. They do not replace professional medical diagnosis, conventional treatment, surgery, or psychiatric therapy.

  • No Guarantees: The transformation process depends entirely on the client's individual openness, participation, and subjective experience. The provider makes no medical claims, promises, or guarantees regarding specific physical or mental health outcomes.

  • Medical Advice: The client agrees to consult a qualified physician or psychiatrist for any physical or mental health issues. Do not stop or alter any prescribed medical treatments or medications without explicit medical consent.

  • Mental Health Statement: By booking any session or package, the client confirms they are in a suitable mental and psychological state to engage in deep emotional and energetic transformation work.

5. Global Pricing, Currency, and Payment

  • Prices: All prices are final as listed on the website. The provider states whether they are a VAT payer or non-VAT payer under Czech tax law.

  • Currency: Payments are accepted in EUR

  • Exchange Rates and Fees: The client is solely responsible for any international transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or cross-border banking fees imposed by their own financial institution.

  • Payment Methods: Payments must be made in full and in advance via bank transfer, online credit/debit card payment processing, or Stripe.

  • Confirmation: A booking or package purchase is considered confirmed only after the provider receives the full payment.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Time Zones

  • Time Zone Responsibility: All booking times are scheduled based on [e.g., Central European Time (CET/CEST) / the provider's booking calendar calendar time]. The client is fully responsible for calculating the correct time zone difference. Missed sessions due to time zone confusion will be treated as late cancellations.

  • Client Cancellation: You can reschedule or cancel an individual session up to 24 hours before the agreed time without penalty.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session, as well as no-shows, will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No refund or makeup session will be issued.

  • Package Cancellations: For multi-session packages, the same 24-hour rule applies to each individual scheduled slot within the package.

  • Provider Cancellation: If the provider must cancel due to illness or emergency, the client will receive a priority rescheduled slot or a full refund for that specific session.

7. EU Consumer Rights and Withdrawal from Contract

  • 14-Day Right to Withdraw: For clients residing within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from this online contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

  • Exception for Immediate Services: If you book and request to have a session within this 14-day window, you explicitly agree that the service begins immediately.

  • Loss of Right: Once a single session or a scheduled package session is fully performed, you lose your right to withdraw for that portion of the service and cannot request a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, energetic techniques, digital downloads, meditations, or text provided during the sessions or on this website are the intellectual property of the provider.

  • The client may not record, duplicate, distribute, or sell any audio, video, or written content from the sessions without explicit written permission.

9. Privacy, Confidentiality, and Data Protection

  • Confidentiality: All personal information shared during a transformation session remains strictly confidential between the provider and the client.

  • GDPR Compliance: As a provider based in the Czech Republic, personal data is processed securely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please review the full Privacy Policy on this website regarding how your international data is stored.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdictional Choice

  • Applicable Law: These terms and all contractual relationships are governed exclusively by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute, the parties will first attempt to find an amicable solution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

  • EU Consumers: EU residents also have the right to seek alternative dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce – ČOI) at www.coi.cz or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
